Dear Neighbor,

You may have read about the more visible side of my job as alderman. I've worked to bring Somerville high-quality, high-tax revenue development that will fund our schools and public services and hold down our property taxes. I've also advocated for better transportation, including new T and commuter rail stops.

But the less visible side of my job is just as important - helping people preserve and improve their neighborhoods one by one. This work doesn't get much publicity, so I've shared some of my success stories.
